1. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us at [ccare@wartattack.com] or calling our customer support.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy due to the nature of the product (Ayurvedic skin care and hygiene). Once the product is delivered and accepted, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.


3. Exchange Policy (Wrong or Damaged Product)

We offer a replacement/exchange only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • A clear unboxing video starting from the opening of the sealed package must be provided as proof.
    (The video must be unedited and show the entire unpacking process.)

No exchange request will be considered without a valid unboxing video.


4. How to Request an Exchange

Include:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • The unboxing video (as an attachment or link)
  • Order details (Name, Phone, Address)

We will verify the claim and arrange a replacement at the earliest, if approved.


5. Non-Eligible Scenarios

Exchange will not be applicable if:

  • The product was damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
  • The unboxing video is missing, unclear, or incomplete
  • The request is raised beyond 24 hours of delivery
